SpecJoin is operated by Frequent & Vigorous LLC. Our hosting provider processes request information to serve and protect the website and API.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public product, compatibility and documentation pages, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browsers and measure visits. It loads without a cookie banner on these pages.

We remove query strings and fragments from page addresses sent to analytics and retain only the referring site’s origin. We allow a small set of generic campaign labels. We do not send form contents, email addresses, API keys or selections made in the compatibility tools.

We do not use Google advertising tags, Google Signals, personalized advertising or session recordings. Analytics collection is disabled on privacy, billing, API and file-download routes. We also skip analytics when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

You can exclude this browser from analytics. This saves an exclusion preference in your browser’s local storage; restore analytics clears it. Browser privacy signals continue to take priority.

Information you send us

We use enquiries and subscription details to reply, arrange access and provide the service. Stripe handles payment information. Keep customer and order information in your own systems; API requests should contain only product identifiers and hardware requirements.
